Team

Ryan Fife, Managing Director of Fife Ventures

Ryan is the Managing Director and founder of Fife Ventures, the London-based boutique consulting and systems integration firm that designed and launched Zingzam (www.zingzam.com). Ryan has been building large-scale Web-based communities for more than ten years.

Previously Ryan was a technology architect at Yospace, an innovative provider of media community platforms for network operators. Earlier he co-founded and was the technical architect at AnywhereYouGo, a venture-backed company that created the world’s most widely-used resource for mobile application developers. The company was acquired by HP (US) and the Argo Group (UK). As a software architect at EDS earlier in his career, Ryan led the development of an online auction platform that generated more than $1 USD billion worth of sales within six months of its launch.

Ryan has a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University in the United States.

Paul Edmondson, Chief Technology Officer

Paul is the CTO of Fife Ventures, the London-based boutique consulting and systems integration firm that designed and launched Zingzam (www.zingzam.com).

Paul has been building online community platforms for more than eight years. Prior to Fife Ventures Paul was a technology architect at Yospace, an innovative provider of community platforms for network operators.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Sankatha Bamunuge, Developer

Prior to his work at Fife Ventures building infrastructure for large-scale communities, Sankatha created software for complex business applications in the airline, telecommunications, electronics, and financial services industries.

Sankatha is a member of the British Computer Society. He graduated from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Information Technology and has a Masters in Software Engineering from Kingston University in the United Kingdom.

Lisa Kelly, Developer

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Software Development from Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland. She wrote her dissertation on e-learning through computer games development.

Tim Corrigan, Senior Developer

Tim has been building online interactive applications in the mobile, IPTV, public, and financial sectors for the last ten years.

Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Lee Wright, Advisor

Following work in the financial services and semiconductor industries, Lee co-founded a web start-up in 1994 (clients included Hilton Hotels), a web usability consultancy (clients incl. Nokia, GameStop, Hoovers), a mobile application developer services provider (later acquired by HP and the Argo Group), and he served on the management team of CoreStreet, an identity services infrastructure company (acquired by ActivIdentity). He also headed Nokia’s developer program for the Americas and later global developer marketing.

He has spoken at industry conferences in the United States and Europe, and his research and commentary have appeared in Ad Age, The Industry Standard, Wireless Week, RCR Wireless, ZDNet, InfoWorld, and ID Newswire, among others, and on CNN. Lee writes about the development and introduction of new products and services at People Design Technology and about History 2.0 and the future of history>.

Lee graduated from Drake University and he has a Masters of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in the United States. He lives in the Boston area.
